Gaby was in good spirits yesterday morning at the public hospital. I´m sure this x-ray machine is similar to ones used in the States.

After our morning visit to the public hospital, to pick up blood exams and x-rays, we were off to the private hospital in San Pedro for Gaby’s MRI. The neurosurgeon gave Gaby a quick physical exam and sent her off for more exams. For some reason the x-rays weren’t good (any thoughts why?), so she needed new ones.

Gaby was a trooper and made it halfway through the MRI before getting a little scared. They had to sedate her a little before finishing. I didn’t realize how long that exam took. Gaby did excellent, considering. The doctors ordered another exam after the MRI, and paid for it themselves. I’m not exactly sure what it was, I didn’t understand the word in Spanish, but I think it was a CAT Scan. The results will be ready at 11pm on Saturday and the doctors will give a full diagnosis and report.

God has provided and He is Good! I feel confidant with the results from Gaby’s exams, we’ll be able to find a doctor willing to take her case in the States.

May He open the doors and lead us down His path.
